Any oppinions on this?

I get a call last night. Guy named Mani saw my email but already had someone looking at the place. But he just fell through, wants to know if I'm still looking. I ask rent price. 260 a month, about 50 dollars for utilities. Phoneline, no highspeed. Smaller, obviously, then Doug's place, but with a rent that cheap its hard to say no.
Its in Beaverton, but its a big city and they have nice places. For those of you who don't know, I'm tactfully ignoring Mike right now because of the way things have gone down. I messed up, I don't need HIM telling me that. So I figure until things are settled for me, to eliminate atleast one stressor from my life I'm just going to not talk to him.
Anywhozle. I get the address from Mani, having not a clue about any place in Beaverton except for the street Mike's apartment is on. I still think 'Oh, it can't be that close'.

Any oppinions? This can't be conincidental. Beaverton's too damn big for that...
Higher power stepping in and saying I need to make up with brother dearest maybe? Or am I just being parinoid?

BTW, I had a pretty good interview at Fred Myer's today. Hopefully I'll get a call back.
