YAY! Its done. My LJ is now all prettyful and Stargate themed, cept my icons aren't working for some reason. Cry.
So alot has changed since school started. I gained a roommate. Its Beth, of course, and quite a long story...
See Damion, her brother, has a criminal record, and Beth was getting paid by the state to take care of Becky's kids (Dam's girlfriend). Well they finally looked through the paperwork on her and realized that where she was caraing for the children, Beck and Damion's house, was the same place that Damion LIVED, and determined that it was unsuitable for Beth to be watching the kids there. They dropped her, and she was no longer able to recieve her paycheck, meaning there was no way she could pay her rent.
Well since then they started treating her like shit, forcing her to keep working even though she wasn't getting paid. Every time she left it was "Where are you going, when will you be back, blah blah blah we're going to invade your life because you're living with us."
So the other day she's talking on the phone with Forest, trying to tell him of all the problems that have been going on and explaining just how broke she is, that she couldn't pay rent this month. Damion, being completely rude, snaps out "If you're just going to complain about it over the phone to him, then get the fucking hell out!"
So Beth called me, told me what happened, and that she wanted some place to go, that staying there wasn't going to be an option much longer. I agreed since yehknow, I'm that kind of friend. I wouldn't let her get kicked out and wind up on the street or something. She's been here since...Wednesday I think. yeah. 'cause I had school the next day. o.o;
Forest is over here for the weekend again, and I'm going to ask Carol if he can be here for his two week vacation from JobCor. I just really hope this doesn't wind up as our perminate living situation. I still want to move to Oregon City, but everything possible is working aganst us making it there. Sigh.
And now I'm getting random IMs. ._. This is just one of those months...years...isn't it?
