I came home to a blank screen on my computer. Nothing would respond.

In the end I had no choice but to system restore. Something got on it that infected it so badly I couldn't open anything.

All my files are gone. All my music is gone.

Excuse me while I go scream at the sky, because I can't scream at Bill Gates.

Oh no!! I know how that is. I'm still trying to recover everything that was lost. I am really sorry that you had lost so much. I completely sympathize with your plight and empathize for the loss.
