Ohhshit. I've gotten MORE of one since watching the movie several times now, but its still not that solid. I think I need to write him at least once one of these days.

1. Despite being of a scientific mind, he finds things of a 'mystic' nature very fascinating, even beyond his random comment to the gypsy girls in the car. He doesn't like to make this well known, though, as its such a taboo subject in that time and place.

2. He played an instrument in his past, though its somewhere in a closet now, collecting dust. Trumpet, I would imagine, or something else in the brass area.

3. He found a way to avoid massive hangovers after the more heavy nights of drinking, and finds Edward's post-drinking mornings rather humorous (not that he'd ever say that aloud).

Awww...I like the first idea, maybe Hei and Sheska talking animatedly about aliens together :) I've always envisioned him as a Tom Swift and HG Wells fan.

Also, Alfons playing a little french horn is a really cute mental image :)

EXACTLY. XD Anything that goes beyond 'normal scientific explanation'. Like MULDER. Only more reserved. XD;

I mentally assign instruments to characters. o_o; Is that weird? I do it with like...most that get in my head. Hei just took a while to get there, so I couldn't think of a specific.

French Horn works though! =D
