→ why I decided to play this character
Before I started working for Enterprise (this would be beginning of 2008 to give you an idea), I was unemployed for almost 6 months. At this point I'd seen Mom catching episodes of CSI on Spike and started watching, mostly out of boredom. Once she saw that we had a shared interest in it, we began getting the DVDs from the beginning of the series. I only made it to season 5 by renting, but mostly filled in the gaps by what Spike showed.
As soon as it got to Fannysmackin', though, I was a huge Greg fan, and with that of course came a muse. Strangely enough, he was actually pretty quiet at first, but I was still entertaining my OCs and AUs more at that point (you can see where CSIZuko came from now).
After starting Dive with Haku, I saw that there was a Grissom. He got a little louder. Then out of curiosity I checked the request page, and oh you'll never guess who was on there. :P
After that I couldn't shut him up. I think him and Sam have competitions in my head now over who can wake me up in the mornings by being the loudest muse.
I think for canon characters I'm usually attracted to the slightly goofy and geeky, and 90% of the time they're guys anyway. Greg surprised me by being just geeky enough for his occasional ego to not totally turn me off. Besides, I think it's just a front anyway. :P We all know how humble he can REALLY be.

Ohman. Him and Haku really are my mains at Dive, so its kind of hard to choose...
From his earlier stuff, getting Onizuka to sing 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall (the Lab tech rendition) with him over comm, meeting the Vocaloid sisters, and his battle with Shademan, however failtastic it was.
More recently, meeting his son for the first time is totally d'aw worthy. Seriously though. Too much to choose from!
→ my favorite original aspect about this character (world-building for ocs or head-canon for fcs)
Some one went and actually composed a list of hard canon, semi-soft canon, and soft canon for Greg based on information from the show, the early versions of the CSI websites and one of the companion books to the series. Greg does have a lot of actual canon for a secondary promoted to primary, but its the semi-soft and soft canon that I think I have the most fun with.
Its a shared head-fanon that Greg actually doesn't like physical affection all that much. Whether this is just a personal thing or because rather handsy Nick Stokes tends to MANHANDLE HIM every time they're working together is never really known.
Since finding his extended family in Dive, though, he's managed to put away some of that aversion to it. Glomping from Miku is just about as bad as a neck-grab from Nick, but for their sake he handles it pretty well.
I also like to joke that he hasn't had a girlfriend since the first season because he's absolutely married to his job. Or was before coming to the Digital World.

Sleep. Lots and lots of sleep. Poor Greggo has bronchitis from helping people evacuate during the Neon attack. :(
→ what their last words would be if they died tomorrow
Ugh. God. I hate thinking about killing off my characters. I really do.
For the sake of not making myself cry, it would likely be something about telling Sabine how much he loves her. ;.;
→ what the next thing I'm doing for them is (narrative, post, shelving, whatever)
Well at the moment he's still dealing with the shock of 'omg brainbreaker child from future Vegas', but beyond that once he's no longer sick, I'm unfortunately going to be an absolute bitch and send him right back to the hospital thanks to an attack from Barry the Chopper. FMA psychopaths ftw?
... he's not amused.

... ;.; at the dying answer.

Cliche as it is, I'm in the boat with a lot of fans that didn't really like Zuko until the third season. Once he showed a much more vulnerable and, frankly, awkward side, it was much easier to forgive him for past transgressions as a character.
Once the series finale had rolled around, I was a fully hooked Avatar fan, but at the time I had no excuse to play Zuko anywhere. I was still just a Solluna player with no large canon-based character games played in.
Then Kets came up with her brilliant idea for P_W, and the next thing I knew I had combined my two favorite shows at the time: Avatar and CSI, and there was 31 year old CSIZuko staring at me with a glare going "Give me a home."
... some how I don't think the train was what he had in mind. ^^;
→ my favorite scene or bit of interaction concerning this character to date
He's been rather clammed up lately. I think he's miffed about turning 32 on the train.
I love his stuff with, Euphie, though. He's such an epic dork when it comes to women, and really, Euphie totally pwns him with her adorable sweetness.
Probably their first meeting is one of my favorites, where he's all "I don't think I should tell you ma'am" about the monster while thinking "holy crap she's so cute what the hell am I doing?"
And I'm not saying it just because she's my sister, but the brainhurt that Tuxedo Sokka causes Zuko is always a great time for me.
Oh and the fight with the monster where he used the fire extinguisher was pretty damn genius.
→ my favorite original aspect about this character (world-building for ocs or head-canon for fcs)
I still like the concept that Azula's actions towards him and his mother when they were growing up in California basically gave him mild PTSD. He hides it really well, but if Azula ever showed up on the train, ANY version of Azula, he'd basically snap and break horribly. She is, of course, responsible for him losing everything at 15.
On a nicer note, though, CSIZuko actually really likes kids. He tries to act all tough and whatnot, but really? Kids like Fletcher and Zashi just make his heart melt. He'd also do anything to keep them protected, even if it meant giving up his own life.
→ the last thing they did "off screen"
Zuko's been really quiet as of late. :( But I think he and Euphie probably sit around one of the lounge cars and watch lots of movies together. Not much else you can do on the train. ^^
→ what their last words would be if they died tomorrow
To be honest, as much as I hate killing of my characters, its already known in P_W that you can kill them once and have them come back, so I've actually thought about what would happen if Zuko possibly died at the hands of the monster in the final attack.
Really, he doesn't get a chance to say anything. There's kind of a moment of awesome when they THINK they've one, and the monster makes a not-so-triumphant return to tear Zuko to all hell.
Its actually really sad in my mind because either Euphie sees it or is told by Hikaru later that they lost him. :(
→ what the next thing I'm doing for them is (narrative, post, shelving, whatever)
At the moment, I'm not really sure, but I've been considering setting up the final monster attack for after my field drawing class is over, which is I think mid July.

As I said, blame Ari. XD;
I saw her post on Dear_Puppet back when I was just starting at P_W and sort of thinking of joining other, larger games. We got to talking about how having Vocaloid muses were inevitable (I mostly had Haku, Dell, and Kaito, but Haku was some how the loudest for being so meek) and she told me about Dive.
The rest is pretty much history. Haku had always been my favorite of the original and fanmade, and I thought she was just adorable. Having her be my first in Dive really gave me a chance to get adjusted while still having some of the freedom I was used to by playing AUs and OCs.
→ my favorite scene or bit of interaction concerning this character to date
Admittedly, for here, there are two I've narrowed it down to.
First, her meeting Onizuka. Trust me when I say as shy was she was about it, she LOVED all that attention being showered on her and her alone.
Secondly, the explosion incident in Tetha. For a moment there, Haku actually showed that she could stand up for herself and get angry, even if it was just for a moment. Personally I think she handled it all very well considering what happened, and by the end of it I was so proud of my little Haku. ^_^
→ my favorite original aspect about this character (world-building for ocs or head-canon for fcs)
Since the only real canon of Haku to begin with was 'she's drunk most of the time, she's depressed, and really she just wants to be loved', a lot has changed for her during her time in Dive, namely that she IS being loved.
I honestly love the fact that I've made her a little tsundere. Onizuka brought out this much stronger nature in her and she's taken it and run. She likes being more in control, able to hold back her emotions for the sake of showing more than just tears and drunkenness.
And yes, I am saying this because of that damn RP!S. =D
→ the last thing they did "off screen"
Went home, curled up with frozen Onizuka to recharge for a little bit, then went back to work.
→ what their last words would be if they died tomorrow
Vocaloids don't really die, so uh... I really don't know. She'd have to be pretty badly broken to not be able to come online again.
→ what the next thing I'm doing for them is (narrative, post, shelving, whatever)
The massive invasion! Haku's going to get to play a big part in it, specifically trying to keep her family protected and keep the Hyperion in one piece.

Originally, before Hundes started, Joe was the one to talk me in to making Ana. He knew I had a good record with non-sueish OCs and encouraged me to just do it.
It wasn't until after Hundes had started and I came up with this random AU idea for FMA with the characters being in college that the Solluna/Schism version of Ana even came along. Chex and I got the chance to explore Hex and Ana as actual siblings, and give a much more open chance to Hex and Roy's relationship.
Solluna took it a step further by adding the element of the sexual relationship with her adopted brother and how that would have panned out both back in their world, and in Solluna's setting. Unfortunately the way it turned out wasn't all that great for her mental stability...
As a character, though, I relate to her and Hardy the most. Her because of her insecurities and dealing with life under the weight of a mental disorder. I'm not as bad as she is, but there are times I've often wondered if I COULD have been with how certain events in my life happened. There's an inner strength to her that's pretty admirable, and I like how much she's grown as a character in just a few short months game time.
→ my favorite scene or bit of interaction concerning this character to date
Proving to Ani that she wasn't useless by helping both him and eventually helping Ghost and Robin with the tree. I think the move to the fountain has been really good for her.
And for the sake of epic angst, one of my other favorites was when she ran away and was attacked by Tyrus. Getting rescued by Rory was not in her game plan. xD;
→ my favorite original aspect about this character (world-building for ocs or head-canon for fcs)
I like how much she's trying right now. She's seen what happens when one uses a disability as a crutch, and its finally in her head now that if she's going to survive, she needs to get her act together. This is something that's been a long time coming in her development, and seeing it in action makes me really proud of her.
→ the last thing they did "off screen"
Slept. She's currently in-thread with Flicker.
→ what their last words would be if they died tomorrow
Man this dying thing. D:
I really don't know. Maybe how much she regrets some of her previous actions, and something about hoping Hex will be okay without her.
→ what the next thing I'm doing for them is (narrative, post, shelving, whatever)
OHYAY. THE CONFERENCE IS FINALLY HERE! Ana's gonna get all prettied up and be Leirian's arm candy. =D And by proxy, shock the ever lovin' shit out of Rory when he sees her striding confidently along and not berating herself or crying.
